A  Trane Field Service Technician or Field Service Controls Technician serves customers by installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems and/or installation and repair of environmental control systems, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts in a commercial environment.
