Your Job Overview


Reporting into the Site Superintendent, you will manage the implementation and maintenance of an efficient clerical process for all on-site administration for our premier community in Aurora. 

Your Key Deliverables


  • Oversee all inter-office and other mail receipt and distribution
  • Create and maintain all necessary files and filing systems including timely and organized file-keeping
  • Book and confirm Framewalk appointments, PDI inspections and Municipal inspections
  • Prepare and complete necessary documents for PDI’s, including assisting in obtaining sign-offs, coordination and sending of deficiencies and weekly remittance of documents to Head Office
  • Maintain Trade Sign-In/Sign-Out log and current contract information for Purchasers, Home Owners and Sub-Contractors in Builder Lynx
  • Address all Purchaser and Home Owner inquiries related to their closing, PDI, etc. and monitor and follow up on all work orders to resolution
  • Print Lot Extras for Site / Finishing Superintendent and Sub-Contractors
  • Submit Occupancy Certificates to company lawyer
  • Maintain and update all on-site Health and Safety information
  • Order all Construction site office supplies, including First-Aid supplies and oversee the required maintenance of all Construction site office equipment

Must Haves


A minimum of 2 years' experience in low rise construction

  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
